How scoring works
  • Match 35% of the overall score

    Skills and keywords from the posting, weighted by where they appear.

  • Experience fit 20% of the overall score

    Years, seniority, recency, degrees and certifications.

  • Impact 20% of the overall score

    Bullets with numbers, outcomes and strong action verbs.

  • Writing 10% of the overall score

    Spelling, grammar, passive voice and filler phrases.

  • ATS & format 15% of the overall score

    A layout an applicant tracking system can actually parse.

Install manually

Download the build from Google Drive. The extension runs entirely on your device; the download is the only time you leave this site.

Open the download folder

Chrome, Edge, Brave

  1. Download the Chrome zip from the folder and unzip it. Keep the unzipped folder somewhere permanent.
  2. Open chrome://extensions (edge://extensions in Edge).
  3. Turn on Developer mode.
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder (the one containing manifest.json).
  5. Pin ResumeRadar from the puzzle-piece menu, then open a job posting and click its icon.

Firefox

  1. Download the Firefox zip from the folder. You don't need to unzip it.
  2. Open about:debugging, choose This Firefox, then Load Temporary Add-on.
  3. Select the zip. Firefox removes temporary add-ons when it restarts, so repeat after a restart.
